About Me
I have spent my career helping people grow, lead, and reach their full potential. With 20 years as a public school educator and coach, nine years as a corporate director of organizational development, and 20 years in the PA Air National Guard—where I served as both a military instrumentalist and First Sergeant in the 193rd Air Operations Wing—I’ve seen firsthand how leadership, teamwork, and resilience shape success.
My passion has always been building strong teams and guiding individuals toward their goals. As a leadership coach, I partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process designed to shift perspectives, align actions with values, and unlock both personal and professional potential.
Beyond my professional experience, I am a lifelong musician, a certified yoga instructor, and a two-time Ironman finisher—each of which has reinforced my belief in discipline, adaptability, and continuous growth. I serve as a vestry member at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Lancaster, PA, and am deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University, master’s degrees from West Chester University and Messiah College, and am a graduate of the United States Air Force First Sergeant Academy. In 2024, I completed certifications in Ontological Coaching through the Newfield Network and Leadership Circle Profile, further strengthening my ability to support leaders in their journey toward meaningful, lasting impact.
I believe that leadership isn’t just about holding a title—it’s about showing up with intention, leading with authenticity, and creating a lasting impact on those around you. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals and teams from all walks of life, helping them navigate challenges, embrace growth, and build a sense of purpose in their work and lives.
